It took 50 minutes to get my online order. People that placed orders after me received their food ahead of me. I was checking the time they placed their order. They acknowledge my order when i arrived but it took 40 minutes pick it up. All the mgr said was "we're very busy". The food was good but not worth the waiting time. I was actually surprised that they use a good quality napkin. Jeff K

I had the worst Five Guys experience at this Mount Prospect location. For being an extremely expensive burger, I expect them to put on all the ingredients that I ask for. But I went there on 3-19-26 and they made my burger wrong. So I called them to explain and they said they checked the cameras and my burger was in fact made correctly. But it was definitely missing 3 toppings that were on the receipt. So when I went in to "view the cameras" the GM was very unprofessional and rude and wouldn't let me see the cameras and then had an attitude while remaking my burger the way I ordered it. I will

Its frustrating your crew is aware they are serving soggy gross fries and they know the fries shouldn't be served in the condition they are being served in. The last 5 times I've ordered from you guys the fries are nearly mash potatoes. Your friers are not at the proper temperature!! At the right temperature a barrier forms around the fries and cooks the fries, at too low temps the fries absorb grease. Ive already told yall this, had a owner responded and nothing was changed..
