Found this hidden gem in Provo a couple of months ago, and it has quickly become my go-to burger joint. The burgers are great, the sweet potato fries and English chips are solid, and the shakes are fantastic—honestly, you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. There’s nothing fancy about the place, and that’s part of the charm. It’s all about simple, good food done right. If you’re looking for a dependable burger spot in Provo with great shakes and satisfying sandwiches, JJ Burger is definitely worth a stop.

The bacon double cheeseburger was possibly one of the best burgers I have ever had. The flavors were very well-balanced and every part of the burger was prepared to perfection (no joke). The ironport soda on tap was a great break from the standard soda offerings. Excellent service as well, the proprietor was very courteous and friendly. Definitely a highly underrated place to eat in Provo!

JJ Burger has the best shakes and scones! I’ve come here so many times over the years and the restaurant is always clean and the staff is very helpful and nice. I never have to wait long to get my food. I have never had a bad experience here and will keep coming back!

I could barely understand the person taking my order, she understood me though when I asked for a water cup that was more than a sip and you’re done size, she refused and had no sense of humor, poor her. After tasting the tap water and almost throwing up I guess I’m glad the cup is so tiny so 2 ⭐️s it is instead of one. The cheeseburgers were ok but buns on both were hard, stale and dry. They tased like they’d been left out for a few days.
