While all of the staff at this McDonalds location is phenomenal, there is a unique staff member who stands out from the rest! Her name is Z and she was superb! She was so sweet, kind, and helpful. Thank you for always being amazing and big s/o to this marvelous McDonalds staff❤️

If youre going for McDonald's, this is the only one to trust in the Moscow/Pullman area. After multiple failed attempts at the two Moscow locations and the other Pullman location, we decided to give this one a try. Every time I've been to this location the staff is friendly and genuine, the order comes out quickly and accurately, and the food is always 🔥 and fresh! Whoever is running this place should give the others some pointers. Great job you guys. Absolutely worth the 20 min drive.

This is my 3rd time having issues with this McDonalds. I take trips out to Spokane and a few weeks ago I ordered a coffee for my drive. On my drive out, it turns out the coffee was cold (not even warm), it must've been sitting there for many hours if not an entire day. I had to throw it out. Today, I didn't want to risk it, so I got a coffee from Starbucks and ordered a McChicken and large fries... On my drive, I realized they forgot to pack my McChicken... I'm Canadian, so that McChicken is like $10 CAD for me. I don't like leaving negative reviews but this is kind of ridiculous at this

This store has recently been remodeled. Nicely paved parking lot, well kept plants around building. The interior of the building is very clean, and I always see staff out cleaning the lobby and playing area and restrooms. They are consistent at making sure orders are correct before they go out. Staff is very friendly. Food served hot and fresh.
