Came in for dinner tonight with my family and the staff (Dalynne as well as others)were incredibly nice and polite, even making off menu suggestions to make our meal even better. Our food was fantastic and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Good customer service is a rare thing now days and this team is amazing.

My last Five Guys burger was in IL, so I had to try one in AZ. It didn't disappoint either. The service is very polite and helpful. My order was delivered faster than I remembered, and it was perfectly made to order. The bun has issues if you overload the toppings, but that is what you can expect. The fries were amazing! Just remember that you can always order down a size and many additional fries also end up in the bag. Don't expect this to be a cheap date, as my cheese burger and regular fries came to over $15. But still worth it!!!

Well, Five Guys burger is just a plain burger...absolutely nothing special about it. The patty was flavorless, no seasoning whatsoever was used on it. The tomatoes were unripe and flavorless, the bun was cold and mashed, its texture was doughy and gummy and the bottom slice was so mushy that it just flopped when I picked it up. It was such an overpriced disappointment 😐 on a good note, the fries were okay, and the free peanuts were a nice snack. Angelynn who took my order explained the menu, and was very friendly. Will I voluntarily go back? Nope... sorry, but this isn't worth the fat, calor
