Been to your restaurants many times. The food has always been good.But tonight 3 out of the four meals we're terrible. We waited 20 minutes before a waitress even approached our table. Finally, one waitress took our drinks..another brought us 4 slices of bread with a bowl of butter packs..We finally ordered ..the chicken parm sandwich on facasa bread (the special)the flavor had to many spices on it and the pesto was awful and the fries were cold..one the waitress delivered this alone along with a baked potato which was supposed to go with the chicken margarita..we had to asked where the other

Friendly service. Prices were generally reasonable. French Onion soup was excellent. Chicken Parmesan was a large portion and ok overall, if a bit bland. I think maybe the tomato sauce didn't have any flavor (tasted like a jar rather than homemade)? Good quality piece of chicken though. The sprinkle-on Parmesan cheese shaker was filled with dark grey mold at the bottom. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until I had almost finished my meal. The waitress was apologetic, but I was sort of expecting at least a comped drink or something. Vibe: cute local place. A bit warm, not sure if AC was on

We had my daughter’s bridal shower at the Common Market yesterday. We could not have had a more pleasant experience. Our two common market angels went above and beyond and their personalities were so lovely and kind. Everyone remarked about them. Thank you all for helping to make it the perfect experience. I don’t think there’s another place in Massachusetts that has a more diverse, vast, and affordable menu. Incredibly generous portions for the price. My family and I have been eating here for years and we’ve always had an amazing quality meal. Wish I could give this place 6 stars!
