This was honestly the worst IHOP I’ve ever been to, and I’ve visited locations in several different states. This one really takes the cake. We arrived around 10:30 a.m., but didn’t receive our food until 11:20 a.m., almost an hour later. Unfortunately, the quality of the food didn’t make up for the wait either, and my entire family left feeling disappointed. Our waiter was kind, but the restaurant seemed severely understaffed. If you are a longterm ihop customer, you know when the quality and presentation has deteriorated. This has happened one too many times with my different orders. Best thing is to go elsewhere. Last time I came with my family the server took a coffee kettle back to kitchen and tried to serve us with the same dirty kettle and dirty cups..

The Cinnabun Crepe was a disappointment. While I don't expect 'menu-perfect' presentaion, the dish that was served (see photo) was unacceptable. By the time I was able to flag down someone to address it, our party had already finished eating. I declined a remake and asked for a discount instead, but they only took $2.58 off the bill. Between the lack of quality and the indifferent service, I won't be returning.

Had a wonderful experience at this location! They were going through a huge rush when my son and I arrived and it was clear they were overwhelmed. But that didn't stop no show! Our waiter Mark was amazing! And the manager Shawna was equally sweet and on her game. On top of it all, the playlist was hittin! Please thank whoever was in charge of the tunes lol. We will definitely be back.
