My wife chose this steakhouse for my birthday and ordered our meals to go, expecting a quality experience. Unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. My medium-rare steak was cooked correctly, but my daughter’s steak, ordered medium, was significantly undercooked—actually rarer than my medium-rare steak. It was so tough and improperly prepared that she could barely cut into it. The hostess Jessica was nice, seated in less than 2 mins of walking in door. Lisa the server took my order within few moments of being seated also keeping the water glass full and never let it get below half a glass. The steaks were prepared by Steve and were done to perfection. My experience was great and would recommend Longhorns to anyone wanting a great steak. Thank you for a great experience. This Longhorn is extremely different than the one in Shelby. This one is exceptional. We went out for an early dinner, there was no wait. Amber was an amazing server, made the overall experience wonderful. She took our drink order and appetizer order and the meal began! She promptly brought our drinks and bread. Within 5-10 minutes our Tonion app. arrived. We requested it without any house seasoning. We had a very bad experience at the Longhorn in Shelby with it. So to be on the safe side we requested no house seasoning used on any of our order. I had the full rack of ribs with salad and roast
