Obviously they didn’t want to make the order. I am on my third delivery driver going to pick up the order. They are wasting peoples time and money. This is pitiful that they couldn’t or didn’t want to make 2 3 pc meals at 10 PM when they close at 11.

Ordered a 8 piece nugget meal and a 5 piece, we’re eating and I thought my tooth broke! Oh no it a fry, that muthersucker was so damn hard. Not good!!!

Is there a reason your "honey bbq wings" are so damn spicy? Thats not honey bbq. and i know you guys have regular honey bbq cuz we've had them. Your cooks arent changing wing mixing bowls or getting the order wrong. Either way it sucks

As we were waiting for our mobile order to show ready for pick up an employee sent her boyfriend to our car to scream about "his parking lot" and tell us to leave. I go inside to get our order and he follows my husband inside to inform us he doesn't work there, and the woman behind the counter informs us it is her boyfriend. After the entire situation we get our food and go home to find that the sandwich is cold and soggy so all the breading is falling off, the wedges arent even close to crispy, and the chicken leg and thigh are both oily and cold. Worst KFC location and experience ever!
