If you are in Redding or passing though Redding, you must stop here for BBQ. Their Brisket (only on Friday for now) is the best I've ever had, so tender, it literally melts in you mouth. Until they get into their new building, they are only open on Thursday and Friday and limited hours but well worth it.

Odell Craft BBQ was amazing. I was from out of town and contacted them for my Mom's Memorial Service that was on a Saturday. Ashley was very responsive and informative. I hired them. They followed through on all the details and confirmed everything every step of the way. The day of the Memorial Service, all four employees were caring, and responsible. The food was AMAZING!
