Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s location, and this is a very serious concern that needs immediate attention from ownership and upper management. On my visit on May 16th, 2026 around 12:13 PM, there were multiple alarming issues involving customer service, food quality, employee behavior, and possible food safety concerns. This place is seriously a joke! I tried to order a Coke, but they didn’t have any. I ordered a lemonade. When I get up to the counter, they tell me they don’t have a lemonade. She asked what I wanted as a replacement and I asked a Mango pineapple refresher. She did informed me they didn’t have that either! I said I’ll take a watermelon one. She got mad and yelled at me and said that one cost more than the lemonade! I had to explain to her that eliminate is worth more than a soda. She reluctantly gave it to me, and then proceeded to make the nastiest refresher I’ve ever had in my entire life! S

UPDATE, I see Danny Oats review which was the same manager, that was horrible on my experience. So obviously nothing was done!!!! They don't care!! DO NOT respond to their link, it's a waste of time. I responded immediately, nothing was done, no call, email or anything!!! STAY FAR AWAY, drive to the next one! I AM ONLY GIVING 2 STARS, cause they will dispute the 1 star at times, and because Turan was the ONLY employee with a moral compass I hope that young man, leaves and I believe he will go far. A bunch of kids were in the lobby from getting out of schoo very loud and i had to wait 30 mins for a pick up order. I also ordered specifically from the monopoly menu and none of the items I got have the monopoly piece. Feeling ripped off at this point
