We usually love Ben & Jerry’s, and the ice cream definitely didn’t disappoint — it tasted great as always. However, this visit wasn’t the best experience when it came to service. The line was really long, and only one employee seemed to be helping customers while the others were chatting amongst themselves. It was also hard communicating our orders — we had to repeat things multiple times because they weren’t really paying attention. Hopefully it was just an off day, because the ice cream itself was excellent. A little more focus on customer service would’ve made the visit much better.

Worst service I’ve ever received. Ended up walking out. After waiting for the employee to put her phone down (I was the only customer in the store) I asked a question about a sundae and got an eye roll for a response. Nope. Definitely never going back. I might expect this from an airport kiosk. Not Ben and Jerry’s ice cream shop. Garbage.

Such a great time! I’ve been twice and had the pleasure of being helped by Thelma both times. She is so personable and gave us amazing recommendations. If not for the ice cream, come for the service alone!
