I made an order after I got off work, hoping after I drove to the location, it would be ready. 40 minutes after my order was placed. I finally got my food. When I walked into the restaurant to ask the updates when it would be ready they seemed annoyed. I was disappointed to watch many people come through the drive-through and into the store getting their sandwiches fast serviced as I sat there waiting. There were at least three workers that were all standing around and they weren't in any sort of rush to get my sandwich done. I usually love this place, but I was sad of how this visit went.

Great experience at the Jimmy John’s in Rexburg! The restaurant was clean, and my family and I were greeted right away when we walked in. Our order was taken promptly, and everything came out exactly as we requested, fresh and correct. While we didn’t ask for recommendations, we also weren’t offered any suggestions, so definitely ask about extras or add-ons that might not be obvious on the menu, they have some great ones! The restrooms were clean, and the outdoor seating was a huge bonus. The trees surrounding the building add such a beautiful, colorful touch, and you get a great view of Rex
