I came here on a Friday evening passed normal dinner times there was a total of three cars in the Drive-Thru and two cars in the parking lot it was not busy but not 100% dead what I got to the window to pick up my food they pulled my car forward claiming it was for fresh fries all I ordered was a double cheeseburger and a small fry they told me he's going to be two and a half minutes that doesn't seem like a lot but when you're in a Drive-Thru it is they pulled every car in the Drive-Thru forward to wait on their food this is ridiculous they need better management if they can't keep up with th

This is the best McDonald's is the whole country, probably even the world. I come here way more than I care to admit, and my food is always delicious and service awesome. Today I had a lot of trouble with the app and had to have extensive help from multiple crew members and managers getting my order. Everyone who helped me was extremely patient, attentive, and positive. If I ever learn their names, I will name all my children after them. In addition to all my children's middle names being "Ronald". Rexburg McDonald's for the win!!!

I come here at least twice a week for breakfast and whenever I have the displeasure to arrive when Mrs Jen is there it is always crazy. All I hear from her is when she trashes the other employees. She is like the girls from the mean girls movie but if they were short and 4s. Good food tho.

I had a surprisingly great experience at McDonald’s in Rexburg. Compared to other locations, this one is definitely on the higher end. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff was probably the friendliest I’ve ever encountered — especially considering the late hour we visited. Their positive attitude and welcoming demeanor made the experience far more enjoyable than I ever expected a McDonald’s visit to be. Definitely one of the better locations I’ve been to.
