Still sitting at the bar as I type this review out. Solid experience here for lunch today as it was a surprise that I ended up at Slab at all. I ordered the Slab Burger with fries and a pair of Combustion Brewery Sir Vezas to wash it all down. Lunetta was fantastic as she made the recommendation for the burger and I was quite pleased. The BBQ sauce on the burger is quite sweet. And the burger was juicy, but was not overly wet. It didn't fall apart in my hand and was just bursting with flavor. My husband and I ate here for the first time and it did not disappoint. Mikayla was our server and she was excellent! Several other people walked in at the same time as us and she handled it like a pro. Service was prompt, we didn't have to wait long for our food, and the food was absolutely delicious! I had the Slow Roasted Rib Dip with sweet potato fries, and my husband had the Slab burger with sweet potato fries. We both agreed that this was the best food we have had in a restaurant in a long time. We will definitely be eating here again!

Stopped in for a solid burger last Sunday. Simple menu, a few other sammiches, I guess the even have ribs. I played it safe with a bacon cheeseburger. Well seasoned, great bun and crispy fries. Their house sauce they had for the chicken sandwich was good as well.
