I had a wonderful experience at this ice cream shop. Wisa service was truly beautiful—she was very kind, attentive, and made me feel very welcome from the very first moment. She did an excellent job, and her warm attitude made the visit even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back, not only for the ice cream but also for the amazing service.

Visited Bigdash Richardson yesterday with family. The queue was quite long, and despite having 6–7 employees, only one person was managing outside. The service felt slow and a bit unenthusiastic, like the staff was already exhausted. They do have a good variety of sweets, but unfortunately there were no savory or unsweetened options available, which was disappointing. The overall service speed could definitely be improved. Absolutely fantastic!!!! Chefs kiss. Try any of these ice creams, but I especially loved the pistachio. The Karak tea is out of this world. Smiling, welcoming staff and wonderful environment. Spotlessly clean, and such a wide range of options for any one’s taste or appetite. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Everytime we come to they're Richardson location the service is amazing! The entrance makes everyone feel important. The staff is quite attentive, weather you come in moody or is good spirits the atmosphere they cultivate here will transport you. Aladdin made my birthday feel extra special. Thank you!!!
