Ok! This place is literally an ANSWERED PRAYER! My favorite margarita place closed Feb 2026(RIP)... and was in desperate need to find a replacement. It's important to note I am originally from a place with excellent Mexican/taco experiences... anyways, I had been hesitant to try perch because the original reviews after their opening were not impressive... well that has completely changed. If you're looking for an elevated experience/vibe, food that is made to order, wait service that makes you feel like friends(shout out to Stephanie, give that girl a raise) and drinks that taste like heaven.

Perch is a restaurant I really wanted to love, and in some ways I did, but it left me feeling a bit conflicted by the end of the meal. The positives first. The staff was friendly, attentive, and on point throughout the visit. Service felt polished and welcoming. I ordered the Cadillac Margarita and it was excellent. Smooth, well balanced, and easily one of the highlights of the night. The atmosphere also leans toward a higher end cantina feel. Everything from being greeted and seated, to served and eating was lovely. Loved the atmosphere inside but we sat on the patio, cute chairs and the sun shade was great. got a virgin drink that was excellent, ceviche was delicious and especially the flan for dessert with the little leaf cut out. Excellent service from Pablo, he was friendly and polite, service was incredibly fast and he answered a ton of questions.
