Horrible! Had to wait an additional 45 minutes after my pickup time for my catered order for a funeral. No sense of customer service or satisfaction. I spent over a $100. The manager on duty Mayte needs to be demoted, she doesn’t know what being a manager entails. She was very rude and condescending. Corporate will definitely be notified.

The manager screamed at us because our little dog accidentally jumped onto the table instead of speaking to us like a normal person. The crispy chicken was terrible—it seemed old. Another customer came in because they had an issue with their food and was treated really badly. Some employees were screaming the whole time. I don’t recommend wasting your time at this restaurant, and make sure to check your food before you leave. The only kind person there was the service lady; she was really nice and warm.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a crispy chicken and it tasted old, like it had been sitting there for a long time. The quality of the food was really poor. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. They didn’t even put utensils on our tray, and we had to ask for them ourselves. The place was also extremely loud and disorganized. Staff should at least show basic respect to customers. Definitely not the experience I expected.

My first time at a Pollo Tropical so I didn't know what to expect. I ordered the 1/4 chicken, yellow rice, and a side of sweet plantains. I told hubby this will be our new go-to when there is one in the area! Delicious! He had a steak bowl all the way... and finished it off without offering me a bite!
