Fire everyone and start new. Not a single time i have been there has the food been good or even hot. Some of the staff are cool, but that means very little when my order is consistently wrong. Missing toppings, missing items, service is too slow because all the staff does is joke around with eachother, no sense of urgency in their work. I came by and there were only 2 cars in the drive through, and my order still took 15 min to get and i was missing tomato on my Daily Double. I drive an extra 15 min out of the way just to NOT go to this mcdonalds

Stop charging for extra cheese if your not going to give extra cheese she another thing if your management and other employees are going to trade Pokémon maybe not do it at the handicap table and keeping the disabled from sitting down cause their binders are all over the place.. no I don't care of adults are playing Pokémon but they're a time and place

Consistently terrible service each time I have been to this location. This last visit I waited over 15 minutes for an online pickup. When they finally made my order after I went inside, no apology for the delay, no courtesy or humility just a grunt and handed me a bag.

What's the point of curbside if nobody brings out food or even checks on a car that's been parked there for 30 minutes. Unbelievable. I confirmed I was at the right store, my order was checked in, somebody should have come out to communicate, but no the employees just stare at you from inside so I just left.
