This McDonald’s in Riverview, FL is the SLOWEST I’ve ever been to!!! I order a simple value meal and wait 15min for it!! And it’s not just one time, it’s EVERY TIME. I’m not the only one. Cars are lined up waiting one their orders. Why?? I don’t go to Wendy’s or Burger King and have to pull over and wait like this. They either need to hire more people or better train the ones they have.

This is one of the most unreliable McDonalds. Twice now I have ordered the new collectors cup meals and twice they have left the actual cup out of the order! In addition to that they didn’t even give my son his happy meal toy! We have called the store multiple times and they do not answer. I have also put 3 tickets in to the McDonald’s website and they closed on of the tickets and never contacted me! I’m still waiting to hear anything about the others. Such a shame.

Everytime I come to this location, no matter how much in advance I place my order, my order is never ready. They always pull me, even without my drinks. At least have the courtesy to have the drinks ready. This visit I didn’t even get a drink carrier with my order and I had 4 drinks. If it wasn’t close to my house, I wouldn’t stop here

Since covid when we found ourselves inexplicably craving their double fish fillet sandwich, I wasn't too disappointed to hear my hubby say we were having his homemade soup for lunch when I called to tell him my ETA after Prayer meeting. I knew that was an opportunity to hit the drive thru on the way home to get enough calories. So good! This site always has top shelf employees. Though I expected a line and was happy for my sake there wasn't, I was sad for business, yet glad I could do my part. They are in an ongoing road construction environment which I'm sure has an impact. Anyway, he ate
