Placed a mobile order well before closing time and an incredibly rude manager had us waiting for 30 minutes outside of the drive-through window, then to inform us that they are completely and entirely out of food allegedly. When I informed the manager at the window that I had already been charged for the entire mobile order, she let me know that I would need to contact the app or corporate to get a refund because she didn’t processing anything on her end. She was incredibly rude, and should not be in a position of management dealing with anybody of the public.

It genuinely feels like the people working here are actively trying to make customers sick. Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches last night and only realized after biting into them that they were RAW. RAW CHICKEN. Either the staff here is trying to give people food poisoning or they don't understand how hazardous this sort of behavior actually is. Judging by all the other reviews for this location, I wouldn't be surprised if it was the former. Corporate needs to shut this place down.

Employees were giggling and laughing at each other meanwhile, they forget that they have a DoorDash employee waiting for an order for nearly 15 minutes in the parking lot after being told to drive further down from the drive-through window. What’s wrong with the restaurant industry is that we have middle aid managers who don’t show their face at the storefront level for the company but we can afford to have 1617 and 18-year-old kids playing around inside the restaurant and forgetting about the orders that are waiting

I need to remember when I come to this location to always check the bag before pulling away. I come to this location probably every few weeks during the school year, and I have never (no exaggeration) received all of the condiments I've requested. I order ahead in the app so that I don't forget to request butter, sour cream, and S&P. For me, those things are necessary to eat a baked potato. I have wondered if they have a rule here limiting how many they will give? But if that's the case, why does the app allow me to order more than one of each? Also, I don't think I've ever gotten salt or pep
