Can’t wait to come back here and spend all my time there especially with the staff and the coffee food is excellent and always. This place is great

Culver’s is one of the best fast food places around because the food always tastes fresh and high quality. The burgers are juicy, the fries are always hot, and the cheese curds are honestly addicting. I also love getting frozen custard after my meal because it always tastes great. The staff is usually friendly and the restaurant is clean every time I visit.

I ordered a Deluxe Burger with no cheese, but they ended up giving me one with cheese anyway. I drove back, and the guy told me to go to the window. They took the old sandwich back and made me wait in line for about 20 minutes. I saw literally 15 to 20 cars pass by after my order was supposed to be ready. The manager eventually apologized and gave me a refund, but it was horrible service. I know they're busy, but that doesn't mean you should screw up someone's order and then take that long to fix it.

Time to invest in new cups. Going through their drive thru beware. The way they hand the cup over creates a situation where often the lid pops off. This happened right infront of the drive thru cashier and no sorry no offer to fix it in anyway. It ruined my cost and shirt and coated the entire center console of the car which is leather. Then they tried to blame me for how I may have taken ahold of the cup from the drive thru attendant. He explained that I needed to inappropriately wrap my hand around the cashiers hand to take hold of the cup. She's a woman im a guy and would never in a million
