Amazing food!! The Billy's BBQ sauce was absolutely divine. I got the smoke house burger with a side of fries not expecting too much. I asked for a medium rare and they delivered!!! 🔥🔥 The service was prompt and courteous. Great waiters and front of house employees. Caesar salad dressing was light, tangy and delicious. I only found the mirror wall to be a bit tacky but that's personal preference.

Tonight we had 15 people for my mom’s 80th birthday celebration. Billy’s accommodated us nicely. Savannah was our impeccable server. She was absolutely perfect. Never intrusive. Always available. She was kind, gracious, knowledgeable, friendly & accommodating. The food was outstanding. The drinks, appetizers, dinner and dessert were timed perfectly. Again, not rushed but not waiting forever. Highly recommend the Lemon Pound Cake Martini, the fried Oyster appetizer, the Tuna wonton appetizer, the Pork Chop, the Chilean Sea Bass, the risotto and the Creme Brûlée. Billy’s is a must if you are in the area. Delicious food (the potatoes are among the best I’ve ever had) Caroline was an absolute delight and they are lucky to have her, Alex was extremely helpful and David M. was a very accommodating manager. They have a tremendous barrel selection and it’s very well priced. I will add more photos tomorrow since I am coming back for brunch. Do yourself a favor and come here, it makes me wish I lived in Roanoke.
