I've gotten food here before and it's been great. However this visit, this was the state of the soup I ordered. Not sure how this got through quality control. There was more soup on the plate then in the bread bowl. The food still tasted good, but I guess I just expected better quality.

We meet there every week. Some staff are super nice. Some are ok. Not knowledgeable or wise. I ordered a half sandwich on a bagel. Mentioned from the start. I want one bagel, half sandwich. Then ordered a specialty altered sandwich and was told I can have it on that type of bagel. So, without asking the kitchen if they can still make it for me, because that's the only bagel I'm willing to eat (non bleached grains), the young girl just told me oh sorry we can't do that sandwich on that bread, so after a few minutes I was surprised because I told her from the beginning what bread I am ordering,

This is by fary favorite Panera. It's clean it's quiet and easy to access. The staff are good, just not very engaging (I stood there for several minutes while a few workers walked past without asking if I needed help) but still friendly. The atmosphere is what it is. It's slightly upscale fast food.
