I understand they were busy but the quality of Mexican pizza I ordered is horrible. I waited almost 20 mins; which I didn’t mind but the quality of Mexican pizza is terrible. They are missing stuff; it’s just beans and cheese. And this is $5.99

The last 2 times I have come to this Taco Bell the service has been phenomenal. Better then Cocoa 10000%, who ever that man they have in the drive thru at night, I assume hes white he could be Spanish or mixed, anyways idk his name his customer service is top tier and is making this location stand out. I appreciate the positive changes its makes a difference.

Had a bad late night experience with this Taco Bell. Waited 40+ minutes and still never got our food. Inside kiosks weren’t working and nobody helped us. Went to the drive thru instead. Employee at the drive thru was swearing and frustrated with the computer. Apparently he cancelled our order before he clocked out, then we waited 30 minutes until another employee told us they weren’t even working on it. 🙁

rockledge probably has the worst taco bell on earth. the Man with eyeliner is severely overstimulated trying to handle customers at the window + at the speaker then gets mad when he cannot keep up with both. then refuses service because he cannot keep up with what he’s doing. and a manager stands right beside him looking dazed and confused. are they high? idk less make up, more work. the only managers that matter are the ones at night. the day shift are standing around as confused as a deer in headlights. corporate needs to take over at this location they keep hiring some crazy characters and
