First off the regular staffing at this location are fantastic. My wife and I used to come here on our work commute almost every day and I can comfortably say that I'm on a friendly, near first name basis, with many of the workers at this store... That is when they are actually staffed. Recently the owner of this location decided to completely gut staffing to the point that it is almost impossible to make this a part of our daily commute any more. The AVERAGE wait for this location, especially in the mornings, has ballooned to almost 30 minutes. During their PEAK hours they will have at most 3

The benefit of this location a couple of times and each time has been a really good experience. This time was so different. Zach took my order and was super efficient and kind and made sure that my order Was exactly the way that I wanted it and that both drinks were as accurate as possible. Even made sure to include a personalized note for one of the drinks so that it was Exact. By the time I got through the window, Gavin was finishing up my second drink. He was super quick and accurate and was also really kind as well. I highly recommend this location.
