We tried this place for an early lunch one day. We were greeted and the cashier took our order. The food was prepared fresh and the fries were cooked to order. The burgers were very good and looked good. We found the place clean and well stocked. We will return in the future and hope to try some of the other items on the menu.

I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Carl’s Jr.. The service was truly unforgettable, all thanks to Ms. Sheila. She’s 74 years old and genuinely one of the kindest, sweetest people I’ve ever met. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with so much warmth and positivity, it honestly made my entire day. You can tell she really cares about people. Her energy was so happy and genuine, and it’s rare to come across someone who brings that kind of joy to their job. I had a bad experience with my 2 orders of breakfast meals I picked up at the drive-through this morning for $16.87. They gave me an expired milk, so I called the number on the receipt. I spoke to a man in customer service. He obviously didn’t speak English. I think he was from Pakistan. Very frustrating experience I prefer to speak with local American people. I will not be going back to this Carl’s Jr. because this is not the first time I’ve had an issue with their food. Carl's Jr. Was one of the best restaurants in a gas station/ truck stop. The food was amazing, bathrooms clean, really nice interior, overall this place is great! 👍 But the service was very 50/50 , there was one super nice lady last time I went here (2 months ago) but now there is service that sometimes ignores you, I was trying to get a ketchup packet when I say they didn't have in the counter, they had it over where the employees work!
