8/25/24. Ordered 2 breakfast combo’s. Frisco sandwich had half of the normal amount of meat. Got fries instead of hash rounds. Drive thru clerk had me park and wait, then forgot about me for >10-minutes. Understaffed; drive thru clerk said she forgot because she’s “doing multiple things;” frankly, she’s not good enough to handle more than 1 thing. No visible supervision. Called back, and Christina identified herself as the manager, and said she would compensate us for all of the mistakes in the order.

Because I really want to eat that crap! That biscuit came out of the package like that! Maybe finding someone who can spell biscuit to prepare them would be a great start.

Food was good and hot. Shopping cart beside us was a little much. New chicken sandwich in photo, didn’t see any representing the new sandwich
