The sandwich I ordered had so much roast beef juice it literally poured from the wrapper when I picked it up out of the bag and my bun was disintegrating. They didn’t give me my au jus and when I called to get it corrected, the manager was so rude and wouldn’t give me her name. Won’t ever be going back to this location.

Placed pickup order. Went to drive thru. Gave my name. Was required to share my last name. Didn't care for that. Note there were virtually no customers around. I was the only one in line. Got to the window. An older lady looks at me with shake in hand that is clearly not mixed all the way. Pauses for an uncomfortable amount of time. Then makes me give my name again. Despite being the only one around. This is the same person who asked for my name at the speaker. Hands me what I ordered. Then says have a nice day. I guess I didn't say you too loud enough and then as I pull away she says "Or not"

I went through the drive thru and got the gobbler I received just turkey and sauce on my sandwich I called to tell them they made a mistake and she was such a horrible person on the phone I think her name is summer she was refusing to give me her name. I would be embarrassed to treat a customer the way she treated me. I have two small children and my ride left so I couldn’t go back tonight or tomorrow and she told me she needs the sandwich back to get a new one when this was suppose to be a diner. She said to put it in the fridge and when I can take it back to get a new sandwich. I just don’t
