Got the food order wrong. The slushy‘s were totally melted. When brought up to carhop said yeah our slushy machine is not working right. No offer to replace something that wasn’t totally melted. Why sell something you know you can’t make and then make it to customer’s problem for ordering it. Horrible Would leave zero stars if good

So I’ve lived down the street from the sonic for eight years and the service has been completely crappy at times when I do not wanna cross over on the other side of town we choose this place not because we want to, but because it’s the closest other than McDonald’s for fast food Today I was asked after asking the lady after I ordered I did not bring my glasses. I asked her is this the number 10 for the chicken tenders what I got back look like nothing of the picture on the sonic menu board. The number 10 is supposed to be either three or five chicken fingers what I got back look like it was so

I have been getting a breakfast burrito at this location for a few years now since it's on the way to my job. The service and food has always been fantastic. I use the mobile app and always order ahead and my food is always ready for me when I pull through the drive-thru. The workers are always in a great mood where we make jokes with each other and ask each other how our weeks have been going. I strongly recommend this location because of their food and friendly employees.

No one ever answered the drive thru box. Took forever to take an order at the windows and then it was disgusting when I got it. I should have went with my initial thought to just drive off and go somewhere else. Ended ut throwing it in the trash anyway. I could understand if it was busy, but there were like three cars. I think the employees were arguing about who had to take the order.
