Pho Pasteur

Phở Pasteur is a pretty mid phở place in my opinion. I got the phở tái bò viên(Rare steak & beef-ball noodle soup), which is the number 6 on the phở bò(Beef broth) section of the menu. I also got an iced trà Thái(Thai tea). They skimped out so heavily on the Thai tea, that the whole cup was just straight ice (in the following photo attached) and I had paid for just five sips. My family had told me something about this place being "Not a good place to get pho", and I now understand what they meant by it. Broth tastes very light, almost too light... Noodles were very good and freshly cooked...

This place used to be popping, but food quality had gone down a bit hence why it's 4 stars. Service is very friendly, some dishes can be good. I ordered egg noodle with wonton and the egg noodle had mold on it. I should have checked it when I was there. I stopped going there for awhile since that incident, but came back recently and they had one of my favorite noodle soup ( chicken bamboo vermicelli soup) this is actually good. I just hope they can be consistent.

This place has been around for more than 20 years. My family has dine in for ages. Their Pho is best in town. They recently raised their prices first time in 3 years, which is amazing. Most items are 75 cents or 1 dollar more. House Special Pho is still only $13.75 with the new price. The pho soup is really authentic. I love their crunchy egg rolls, vermicelli, and Bo Luc Lac. Their location is spacious. Big parties can come in without a wait anytime. Good place to eat daily foods

The place is small but clean with good service. But the food portion in some items is not as much as other vietnamese restaurant. Parking is plenty.
