Repeated bad experiences at Bao Fusion. My order is wrong every time… I ask for extra peppers, never get them. I ask if the chili oil and sriracha are in the bag before I leave, they say yes, I open the bag in front of them, and items are missing. This is my biggest issue: do not lie to customers. If you don't know whether an item is in the bag, check before saying yes. Because when you lie and I get home, I now have to drive 25 minutes back to get what should've been in my order from the start. Nice atmosphere, quiet enough for conversation. The staff were very attentive to our needs and helpful in steering me away from foods that contained allergens for me. The flavored teas and juices were delicious. Prices are reasonable and portions generous. We will be going back!

Food is actually pretty darn good. I only had just ine problem, the lady here was a little bit to friendly. There is nothing wrong with that, not trying to be rude or anything but just making a suggestion, visit a table at least 3 times only, and space them out about every 5 to 9 minutes. Lady here kept asking how I was every 3 minutes and I was just trying to enjoy my food. Other then thay everything else was great. Honestly she was just really nice and kind hearted ❤️

Update: Came in last night, still has amazing food, it's a must try. In these times it's hard to find great service, lot's of food for the money, and good food. This place hit the spot on all three, everything we ordered we had to get a to go box, didn't expect so much. Eating inside was super stylish which is a change from the normal rundown looks with other places. Large pieces of meat & large portions, pictures don't give it true justice.
