This Starbucks made my day. I don’t usually make my birthday a big deal but I do like to get my birthday drink. Whoever made my drink wrote happy birthday queen and I hadn’t notice at first until I was walking out but I had a huge smile on my face. Thank you so much for such a small gesture but it was as greatly appreciated.

I love Starbucks and spend a lot of money there, but this location just isn’t it. The convenience is the only reason I still go since it’s literally right behind my house. I always order through the app because I have social anxiety and my drinks usually have a lot of modifications. I place the order while I’m driving over, and since I live less than a mile away, sometimes I arrive a few minutes early. So my friend and I came this morning to grab drinks and study within the Starbucks. But unfortunately we were met with unhappy faces, unwelcoming energy, and very rude attitudes… I am absolutely appalled that they were acting in such a manner because any other Starbucks I go to they are beyond kind and welcoming and exude genuine hospitality. The girl with pigtails was so nice and gave a good drink recommendation. Her name was illy. I didn't know what drink I wanted but she made something on the spot and it was delicious. She was so friendly and although they ran out of my original food item, the pigtail girl compensated it and added a free cake pop on top of it because she felt bad. Excellent service here! Will be coming back soon and making this my regular store!
