How is this place still in business? I ordered online & when I made it there they didn’t have half of what I ordered in stock. The chicken wasn’t fresh. The fries tasted like they were from yesterday & the place is filthy.i only have them one start cause I could’ve give zero.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely slow and spent most of their time talking to each other instead of paying attention to customers. We stood in a long line, and even with 4–5 employees present, no one was properly taking orders or managing the queue. There were also noticeable communication issues, which made the ordering process even more frustrating and confusing. In the end, the one staff member who finally stepped in to take orders did so only after several customers had already left due to the wait. Ordered online on their app. They were out the only reason I ordered. Instead of calling or sending message they substituted. Than when I reached out for a refund they offered half my order. Had I known I would have cancelled. I will be disputing charge since they failed to uphold their end. Avoid at all cost.

Saw a commercial for the Big Ol Bowl for Five Bucks last week, so thought we would go and try it. Wasn't too bad, just not very big so ordered a two piece meal and I got two sliders meal. Over 26 bucks and didn't really get much. Should have just made this at home. The two stars I gave was just because the lady that took our order seemed nice.
