The food is tasty, and the portions are generous. If you order on the app and pick up your food, pick it up at the drive-thru — not inside the store. The crew members will ignore you, as the focus is on the drive-thru. After waiting about 10 minutes to be acknowledged by a crew member so I could pick up my "now ready" order, I left the store. I got in my car and drove to the drive-thru. My order was handed to me, and I drove away.

I literally waited 45 minutes today for my food. Another customer behind me was cashed out before me. My food has been sitting on the line and skipped over. When I spoke up the next mooted pointed out my food on the line and I asked how long it had been sitting there and she walked away. I walked out the door with no food. This place is unorganized and presented unsanitary. The line workers had noodles hanging out of all the containers, one dropped a box container on the floor and picked it up to still keep it in an order because it was sealed, and they were adding spilled food back into the p

OK. July 14th 2026...panda express Lost my future business...they always make u wait 15 minutes or more in drive through...they always say it's a 10 minute wait for beef n broccoli...they pack it with all broccoli and 5 pieces of meat...I wish ppl would Stop going here in round lake beach il...boycott them. I am never ever going to Anda again! Good luck going there.

These people JUST LIKE MCDONALD'S only give a Damn about the Drive thru or walk ins Rather than be bothered to have an online order/Door Dash order READY ON TIME !! Then they make you stand there & ignore you COMPLETELY when they damn WELL know u have been waiting 10/15 minutes !! And if that's not Bad ENOUGH when you ask "What is going on with my order?" They COP AN ATTITUDE like YOU'VE bothering them....this Joint needs a MANAGER who will straighten those People out !! Too bad it's not me 😏
