I went to Whataburger this evening and had one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. The person who took my order was extremely rude from the start. After waiting a very long time for my food, they tried to hand me the wrong order. When I told him it wasn’t mine, he rolled his eyes and shoved a different bag at me. When I got home, it only got worse. The fries were literally thrown into the bag, there were no condiments at all, and something told me to actually check my burger—which I never do. We went right before breakfast ends and it was packed. We had a little wait and Andrea was top tier!! She let us know what was going on without having to ask. She even threw in some apple pies since we had a long wait. Her customer service is AMAZING and I loved that she kept the crew moving and the atmosphere positive. Definitely our fav whataburger!

It was easy to place my order. I wanted a single biscuit sandwich. I was not pressured to ordered to order a full breakfast combo. Whataburger makes your food fresh, so I anticipated a bit of a wait, but it was a bit longer than I expected. The employee at the window even wondered what was taking so long. The only good thing about the wait is that the items on my sandwich were truly fresh and hot. That said, my biscuit wasn't very soft, which was very disappointing.  I realize they have to bake many in advance, but they should be able to keep them moist.
