First of all, we were treated badly and we were given the wrong items. Second, the food looked like shit. All the burgers were broken, plain, and cold (even though we had to wait 15 minutes and we were the only ones in the drive thru). Worst McDonalds in the area

Ive tried to give this location a chance more then one in a year span. And it sucks. Spent an HOUR!!! Yes an hour waiting on food. Only for an employee to tell me an others tough there's only 3 of us working. Then walked away. Listen I understand things can get crazy but to just blow us all off isnt ok. I couldn't even just get my drink. I wanted to cancel and couldn't get a single person to come over to the counter to refund me. Hey as I said ive tried multiple times now to give this location a chance and everytime ive sat an waited and waited and nothing. There was 1 guy there that wasnt mea

This location is consistently disappointing and easily one of the worst managed business ive encountered. Every visit is a lesson in frustration; the wait times are excessive, and the "fast" in fast food is non existent here. The worst part is; they're the only location thats closer to me. The primary issue is the complete lack of motivation and work ethic from the staff. It’s common to see employees wandering around with headphones in, seemingly more interested in their own music than the customers standing right in front of them. I didnt really talk to anyone who works here on this visit. We ate inside. It was fairly dirty. None of the tables seemed to have been wiped down today in awhile. We sat in the playground area. I will add as we were leaving we saw an employee going around wiping down tables.
