Omg where do I start. I ordered 1 chicken croissant and 1 sausage egg and cheese croissant with medium iced mocha. Let's start with the chicken sandwich. Chicken sandwich was packed with extreme delicious flavor, juicy, melts in your mouth and was served very hot. Sausage egg and cheese was extremely delicously flavorful, juicy, melts in your mouth and was served very hot. Iced mocha coffee was super duper flavorful creamy, perfectly sweet, extremely cold, tasted like Christmas and made me very very happy. So I spent 20$ for 2 Croissants and to have my iced coffee which is supposed to have cream and sugar, be given to me like this. I didn’t have the bother to complain about this in the drive thru as I was going to work at this time but please check your orders. Also FYI I’m also missing the donuts I had paid for yet they couldn’t get a mixture of 4 things correct in my bag.

Unfortunately, this was not one of the better Dunkin' Donuts locations. I stopped in around 9:00 a.m. and was surprised that the coffee tasted burnt and was not fresh or enjoyable. At that time of the morning, I would expect a much better cup of coffee. In addition, the frosted donuts were placed upside down in the bag, causing the frosting to stick to the bottom. When I took the donuts out, much of the topping was left behind in the bag. Overall, the quality and attention to detail were disappointing. Having visited most all of the DDs in West Palm Beach, this Royal Palm location BY FAR exceeds the rest! My order is always accurate and ready as promised. The energy and warmness of the morning staff is unmatched. The morning rush is handled with the precision of a symphony. Location consistently has a fresh look and the decorations for each holiday bring joy and exceed the standard! I would recommend driving out of your way to grab your brew at this gem of a Dunkin! Don’t change!
