The food at Eros was decent, and the atmosphere was okay—it was definitely busy with a lot of people. However, the service was absolutely horrible. Our waitress took forever to do everything. To make matters worse, they completely switched our waitresses halfway through the meal without ever telling us, leaving our table completely ignored. We ended up waiting forever just to get our check at the end of the night. Decent food isn't worth a frustrating, endless wait. Hopefully, they can fix their staffing and communication issues.

Went for Valentine’s Day and it was a pleasant and hassle free experience. We made a last minute reservation and were able to be accommodated. The food was good, the service was great by the waiters (Keon and another young lady) and managers who consistently checked in. Hookah and drinks were also good. We frequent this place a lot and it’s never let us down.

The food here is good. It’s expensive but so is everything. The problem here is the service. It may be the worst service I’ve ever experienced at any place in my life. I sat at the bar today with 3 bartenders working. One of the bartenders was the weekday one. She’s bad enough on weekdays but today I sat there for 15 minutes at the bar and not one of the 3 ppl behind the bar paid me any mind. They all saw me. I was in the middle of the bar. They look past you. Guy next to me who was already eating got his water refilled. That’s the extent of the bar service. But the bartender saw me sitting th
