Not trying to lump all young people into the same group. Kudos to the 20 somethings that are out their busting their butts. BUT for the most part across the board the fast food chains consistently seem to have the same narrative.....rude workers, incomplete low quality prepared food, missing items, zero Fs given about your order, your food quality, or anything else. The employees act like they are in a hostage situation & the customers are their captors. You should only be frequenting fast food restaurants in extreme life or death situations.

Went through the drive through order 2 nacho bell grandes add both types of chickens. And extra extra nachos cheese . Barely got any meat and basically any cheese. Called up talked to the manager he put the general manager on who try to tell me basically that since they are a franchise their portions for nachos cheese are smaller which as a franchise their portion are not suppose to change. And even if it smaller there was barely any. She didnt even off to make it right and also hung up the phone on me while I was still talking. This girl was disrespectful and shouldn't even be a general manag

This Taco Bell is THE WORST!!! Just look at my photo, I ordered nachos, two cantina bowls, and a double stacked taco. First of all, the food was cold and soggy, like it had been sitting a while. Next, the taco was crushed. Lastly, the nachos were in the bottom of the bag. UNDERNEATH 2 heavy cantina bowls. They were smashed, and GROSS!!! I don’t eat nachos with a spoon by habit, but tonight I had no other choice. If I wanted the nachos, I had to eat them with the spoon ir I wasn’t gonna have any of them. I ordered my food with a delivery service, but this has nothing to do with their service.
