Pretty terrible. There was no one in line ahead of us, yet it took 20 minutes to get our food... actually just part of it. My son didn't get his fries, but refused to go back in and wait any longer. The portions were ridiculous. The manager made my frosty himself and filled it about 70% full. I ask the cashier to fill it more which she did. However, this same cashier then filled my large chili (which I was glad for) until I got home. *See picture. I got about 60% of what I paid for! Never again.

If I could leave a review with negative stars it would still not serve as an appropriate reflection of this dumpster fire. This place has been on a steady decline for years. There is no saving it, please do the city a favor and close it down so someone else can put something else in its location. It’s infuriating that six cars in a drive through takes 40 minutes to get served and that food is cold and inedible. Please for the love of food SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

The food is really good. The fries were near perfect but the drink machine is useless. Why does every Wendy's have such a big problem with their drink machines? Considering it's pretty much all Wendy's, I'm wondering if it isn't a chain issue. Learned at another Wendy's from an employee fixing the machine that the price they have to pay for service was like $10,000. It was Coca-Cola they said. In that case, I totally get it. Pepsi is better anyway. Please Wendy's corporate, fix that problem. I don't blame the individual stores for not wanting to cough up $10,000 for a service that could be han

If I could give it a zero for service, that is what they would get. The girls at the drive through have little to no personality, rude and can tell they dont want to be there or are annoyed by you coming to their establishment. One time they gave pop with no ice, Indicated they ice machine was down, pop wasn't even cold. Always forget BBQ sauce you ask and pay for, then if you go back, they give you one, when they should give you at least one extra for the inconvenience. I would avoid this location at all costs.
