Chaos and busy best words to describe it. Appears to be very popular but the people working there require better supervision and management. The person who seemed to be the manager was very abrasive, screaming at the other people working there. I felt bad for them. Food was basic fast food, nothing to get excited about.

I did not care for the M&S burger as it lacked flavor and was pretty dry compared to other locations I’ve visited. They forgot to put my toppings on the side in the bag and I didn’t receive napkins. I explained this to the young man who brought my food to my vehicle and he promptly resolved the issue.

Love this Culvers. Always great! We were there last night. Place was packed. A worker came around. Asked us it's we ordered a burger. If we did, their grills went down & someone will come around & see if we wanted something else. Few minutes later a worker came by. We ordered a cod sandwich instead. Was handled very well. I did see a few people get mad. One man came in ticked off from drive thru. I thought they did a great job handling a bad situation. It did take 30 minutes for our food. That happens. We could hear manager telling people. She was doing her best to get orders taken car
