We have been waiting over a year to try St. Louis style pizza again. Not only did it not disappoint, but the lady who served us went out of her way to make it a good time for our kids too. She was super kind and welcoming. It was the kind of service I'd expect at a family-owned local pizza place, not a chain. Exceptional in every aspect.

Everytime l order my salad online and pick it up it's perfect. Ready on time and have always had friendly window service. The young lady today did everything right, professionally and FRIENDLY. The salad was delicious and neatly prepared! ADDITIONAL REVIEW 10/11/25 Another perfectly prepared salad. My suggestion: extra bacon, roast beef and turkey salad. Always excellent customer service at the pick up window with every employee.... Shout out to BRI!

I have been a regular customer for a while and never had issues, ordering pizzas, salads and sandwiches. But ordering this last time set me aside as I ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches with extra cheese, cuz the last time I ordered the sandwich it was not cheezy enough. When I received my order the sandwich was horrible and no extra chez. So I called to ask if they had charged me for the extra chez and they did, I said well my sandwich doesn't show it nor taste like it. They said they would text me a refund for my next order and I received nothing! Imos lost me as a customer!😤🤮
