I got the old school and glad I did because the extra meat fills the bun up enough. I can't imagine one of these with the regular amount of meat, it would be drowning in bread. Frys were pretty good. The cashier was friendly and helpful. There are MUCH, MUCH better cheesesteaks in town.

The employees have enthusiasm about their food they serve, the guy in the green hat was fantastic. Then I went to get a soda refill, and some guy with a caring attitude got it for me, because I was in my wheelchair. The food was great, the people were excellent. Thank you Charlie's.

I do food delivery and kindly asked if they had tape, Stapler or the delivery stickers to close up the bag. They looked at me like I was crazy and just shook their head with a horrible customer service attitude. If you want to offer food delivery, you can invest a few pennies to close the bags. Would you want your food delivery opened and not protected? Also makes me uncomfortable as a delivery person. Do better.
