I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese lightly toasted. The bagel was burnt, super dry and tough to chew. I will not return to this Dunkin Donut again, food is too expensive to give customers just anything. If I wasn’t already at work I would have returned the dry crunchy bagel.

I hate to write this review, however, after 2 bad experiences I feel like I need to share. I frequent this DD often when in Salisbury. About a month ago I stopped by and tried going inside (probably around 4pm), the door was locked and no sign on the door. We were confused and there were 2 ladies in the back who stuck their head around and looked at us. We figured they were coming but after another minute of waiting they came and stated they were “slammed” and couldn’t keep up with the people. Ordered an ice coffee and a bagel sandwich, never received the Sandwich. Went inside and noticing hardly any traffic, tried to ask if I could get the sandwich or if I was ever charged for it. I'm sure the girls on the inside are lovely people, but when I'm in the only person in the lobby for a solid 5-10 minutes, would be nice if someone asked if I need any help. Coffee was good, about the only reason I didn't say anything else.

Who ever the young girl is with long dark hair, she needs to be fired. I asked her if my drink was made correctly, because I only usually ask for a medium cold brew with one cream and one French vanilla and the coffee she handed me was super light so I just wanted to confirm and all she said was “I swear to God all people do in America is complain” I will be back to speak to a manager.
