Was traveling to Richmond, Virginia and stopped by here on 8/28/24. Unfortunately they have closed the ones near me in Georgia. I was a little skeptical at first, as the outside of the building was not that appealing. As I entered, the inside wasn't no better, but what I did notice was a sense of community. Workers knowing the customers on a first name basis. The staff was very nice, as well as the customers. As the saying goes, you cannot judge a book by it's cover. The food was delicious, and I truly enjoyed it. I may stop by again when I'll be traveling that way again in another month or so

I inquired about a menu option at the drive thru window once I’d placed my order. Once the lady confirmed that item was available I asked to switch my order. She confirmed what I really wanted with no hesitation and asked her manager to assist with the correction in the system. The manager assisted her quickly and she even ran to the back to make sure they were making the right order. I was never asked to pull up out of the way or rush or given attitude. And once my order was ready she handed to me with a smile and said “have a great day”. My receipt says her name was “Keyshawn”. If that’s cor
