My wife and I were just passing through the area and decided to stop at Koco Java for coffee, and we’re so glad we did. The drive-thru team members were some of the most polite, respectful, and genuinely kind staff we’ve encountered in a very long time. They made the experience welcoming from start to finish. The coffee was excellent, and the recommendation for the apple danish was spot on. It was delicious and paired perfectly with our coffee. Thank you to the Koco Java team for such a great experience. We will absolutely be back the next time we’re in town.

My friend introduced me to their coffee months ago when she gifted me with bags of their coffee for Christmas. My husband and I were immediately hooked. We have now tried about 5 different blends and they're all so good. Yesterday, we finally made it 2 hours away to visit them in person. We ordered drinks and bought 3 bags of coffee. Koco Java’s products and services have been superb over the years. I was hoping the kinks at the new location would be hammered out quickly because I know the owners take pride in their business and products. However, the employees at the new location do not seem to have the same respect for consistency of the Koco Java standard that we have all come to know and respect in Rowan county. For the third time now I have revived drinks that are half full and once receiving a drink smaller than what was ordered even after paying for the larger size that was ordered.
