We love this place! The owner is super sweet and attentive. Best of all, the food is amazing and fresh! I actually like that their menu is simple too. I think some places have to big of a menu and it's just too much and not necessary. You won't be disappointed eating here, like some other places in town.

We were coming home from a road trip and decided to pull off in San Angelo for a bite to eat. The curious name “señor Chang’s” drew us in. We were greeted by a very quick witted and charming host who took our order and pointed to the owner who was in the open kitchen working alongside his staff. It’s a fast casual restaurant, but there were a number of staff present and each was very friendly and very helpful. I got the fajita salad with chicken and shrimp.
