Moni was an amazing server. She was quite attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Manager Joseph also checked in to make sure everything was perfect for our visit. The food was great and the restaurant was clean. We can’t wait to go back! There was moderate noise but only because we were seated on the riverwalk. Tour boats passing by etc. I wouldn’t sit anywhere else because the view was beautiful and we had the best time!

This restaurant is another example of boring and lazy chain restaurants on the river walk that spits out sub par food and service. My son had the Legendary burger which he said was good. The fries however were dry and overdone. The salad was okay but the chicken was dry. And the guacamole was pulverised whereas I would have preferred it chunky. The part that really annoyed me was that the time to deliver food was 40 min. This is a long time for a plain burger and simple salad. It was t even that busy. Don’t get me wrong the food was great, but the problem was not expecting to be charged 8.00 dollars for a spread of jam on my burgers,even though I asked for it to be on the side is wild. Especially knowing it was rung up as 2 sides of bacon because I was told the manager said charge that amount and I should have been notified beforehand of that ridiculous price. I’m very much upset, and I feel some type of way and will not be coming back. I was told I was going to be charged for one side and still charged for 2 sides of bacon.

We had a great time at Hard Rock Café! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was exactly what you expect—fun, lively, and full of energy. The only downside was the specialty drink that comes with the hurricane glass. We collect the glasses, so we went ahead and ordered it, but the drink itself wasn’t something we really wanted. Honestly, it would’ve been better if we just purchased the glass outright without having to get the drink. Other than that small hiccup, everything else was great and we enjoyed our visit! Would definitely return.
