Phenomenal tacos, drinks, and service. The waitstaff greets you with a smile is very attentive. The tacos (I got combo with asada, carnitas, and all pastor) were perfect- definitely a top 3 taco of my life. The drinks (I got margarita and the 3 little birds) were exceptional. It’s a stand out restaurant and I feel very good about this restaurant. 6/5. Highly recommended!!

Great service. Really good TexMex type food. Huge portions. The Shrimp Tostada app. was very good. The shrimp were large and fresh. Their salsas are delicious, try the Habenero one for that special kick. A bit loud especially during sports events. Will definitely come back.

I stopped by La Puerta during happy hour and it did not disappoint. The half-off pupus were an unbeatable deal, and the portions were surprisingly large, definitely great value for the price. Everything was flavorful and satisfying. The bartender was also very cool and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back for happy hour when I’m in SD again!

Awesome place. Awesome service. Good food. My 1lb burrito seemed 3oz beef but it was good. The Sober drink was super good and distinct, absolutely recommend. The crema is true Mexican style- nice touch. Ate my burrito tortilla dipping into the crema.
