I have always enjoyed food from El Pollo Loco. My husband and I just tried the new tenders. They were horrible, too salty, the dough was tasteless. We ended up throwing them out. Sorry. The tenders are a fail...no coated chicken again.

I paid over 100 for a few family meals tonight . All I wanted was the loco salad and creamy cilantro dressing. When I got home and unpacked there was literally NO dressing at all. And I received 3 salsa cups!!!! I ordered a 16 PC and a 8 PC meal plus extra sides . So disappointed

I ordered a BRC combo and a large salad. The burrito was good. It comes with chips and a drink. The chips were fresh and crunchy and the drink was good and carbonated. The salad, however, had a lot of pieces of the core and they were brown. This salad was over $6! I expect my salad to be leafy and fresh. Extremely disappointed. I was on my lunch break otherwise I would have taken it back. Do better guys.

On November 24 at 2:35pm, I went to get the original El Pollo Bowl meal. The customer service was horrible; no manners and they also didn’t give me a receipt , and the manager was unprofessional. As I was about to eat, I saw a bug in my food. My mom took me back. As I went inside , and I told the manager, showing him the bug. His response was, “Oh that black thing right there, don’t worry, I’ll remake it for you.” I refused and asked for a refund. He seemed irritated, gave me $5.44 out of $6.51, without an apology.
